Special signage for events, or an emblem on plastic or wood that can stand out above the rest. You tell us what you want and we will design and build it.
I have been building and designing for the past 30 years. I would see beautifully engraved wood in the stores and always would ask if they had something a little different, or if I could do a custom piece, and I would get turned down every time, so I began custom engraving things myself.
I began incorporating laser design into my custom guitars and the results have been amazing. Incorporating the laser has opened up doors I never thought possible. The exact specifications and crispness of the laser provides such an intricate design that only extraterrestrials could achieve. :o
Having a design of a logo is one thing. But engraving that design onto a tangible piece of wood or metal is really what gives the design life. We do all designing on auto CAD and use laser CNC machinery as well as hand tools to finalize each project. If you have a design ready to be engraved or if you need help creating a design, contact us and we can help.
It all starts with CAD drawing and testing. Contact us today to get started.

Flame maple (tiger maple), also known as flamed maple, curly maple, ripple maple, fiddleback or tiger stripe, is a feature of maple in which the growth of the wood fibers is distorted in an undulating chatoyant pattern, producing wavy lines known as "flames". This effect is often mistakenly said to be part of the grain of the wood; it is more accurately called "figure", as the distortion is perpendicular to the grain direction. Prized for its beautiful appearance, it is used frequently in the manufacturing of fine furniture and musical instruments, such as violins, guitars, and bassoons.
Koa wood is known for the deep rich colors and varied grain patterns. Old growth trees contain the most figured lumber. The grain is interlocked, which often causes curly figuring. Koa, is a hard wood and has high crush resistance and shock absorbance.
Alot of Musical instruments are made of Koa however the cost has gone through the roof lately.
Spalted Maple is technically not a specific species of Maple, but rather a type of Maple that has been allowed to begin initial stages of decay. The partial decay, called spalting, gives the wood dark contrasting lines and streaks where fungus has begun to attack the wood. If the wood has been rescued from the spalting at the right time,

The partial decay, called spalting, gives the wood dark contrasting lines and streaks where fungus has begun to attack the wood. If the wood has been rescued from the spalting at the right time, the lumber should still be sound and usable, with little to no soft spots or rotten wood.
